Our Logo
One of our project initiatives is to teach prevention and basic life skills in the local schools. We asked some of the 3rd graders we're working with to draw pictures of what makes them happy. We were delighted to find drawings which illustrate our focus of "Community, Culture, Family, Friends." It was too difficult to select just one, so we selected four -- one to represent each theme.

Our History
In September 2018, 15 agencies partnered together as part of a planning project sponsored by the Human Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). In 2019, MTORC was awarded $1M by HRSA for a three-year project to increase and enhance community access to behavioral health, mental health, and wellness resources.
As of December 2020, MTORC is 37 people and partners strong, and still growing!
